Six6 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & Member Obligations

Eligibility

The Six6 platform is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions. If you do not meet any one of these requirements, you are not permitted to register or continue using a Six6 account.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Six6. This applies regardless of whether the applicable laws in your jurisdiction set a different minimum age for gambling activities. Six6 sets 18 as the universal minimum. There are no exceptions. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any point, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a risk assessment. If satisfactory age verification cannot be provided, the account will be suspended and any pending balance held pending further review.

Geographical Eligibility

Six6 is designed for and primarily serves users in Pakistan. Registration is permitted for individuals accessing the platform from eligible jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to confirm that participating in online betting and casino gaming is permitted under the laws applicable to you. Six6 does not accept registrations from individuals in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. Accessing Six6 from a restricted jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or similar tools to circumvent geo-restrictions is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Legal Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you are not acting on behalf of another person. You also confirm that the funds you use to bet or play at Six6 are yours and originate from legitimate sources. Six6 is not available to individuals who have been self-excluded from any gambling platform or who have asked to be placed on a self-exclusion register. If you have previously self-excluded from Six6 and attempt to re-register during an active exclusion period, your new account will be closed immediately.

Account Registration & Management

Registration Process

To register a Six6 account, you must provide accurate and complete personal information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at the time of registration is a breach of these Terms. Six6 may suspend or close accounts where registration details are found to be inaccurate, and any pending balances may be withheld pending investigation.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one Six6 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different mobile numbers, or different device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Six6 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. When duplicates are identified, all associated accounts are suspended, all bonus funds are cancelled, and balances across all accounts may be consolidated and reviewed. Winnings derived from bonus play on duplicate accounts may be voided.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Six6 login credentials confidential. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. If you have reason to believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify Six6 support immediately. Six6 is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. Two-factor authentication is available on all accounts and is strongly recommended.

Account Verification (KYC)

Six6 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. You may be asked to submit identity documents — such as a CNIC, passport, or proof of address — at any stage of your account lifecycle. Until KYC verification is complete, Six6 may impose withdrawal restrictions. Providing fraudulent documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure, reporting to relevant authorities, and forfeiture of all balances.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

Six6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No other currencies are accepted and no currency conversion is applied at any point.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit at Six6 is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though your payment provider may impose their own limits. Deposits are credited to your Six6 wallet immediately for Easypaisa and JazzCash, and within standard banking timelines for IBFT transfers. Six6 does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are your responsibility.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash typically complete within 15 minutes. IBFT transfers follow standard interbank processing timelines. Six6 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, regardless of amount. Withdrawals from accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be delayed or held.

Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. If you request a withdrawal of real money funds while a bonus is active, Six6 may forfeit the bonus and any winnings derived from it. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

Sports & Esports Betting Rules

Bet Acceptance

Six6 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its discretion. A bet is only considered accepted once you receive a confirmation reference number. Odds displayed on the Six6 platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. If odds change between the moment you select them and the moment you confirm the bet, the revised odds will be shown before final confirmation.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet at Six6 is Rs 100 on most cricket and sports markets. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and account tier. Your current limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. Six6 may apply reduced limits to specific accounts based on betting pattern analysis — this is applied at Six6's sole discretion and does not indicate any wrongdoing by the member.

Void Bets and Abandoned Events

If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Six6's standard rule is to void the bet and return stakes in full to your wallet. For cricket matches, a minimum of 10 overs must be completed in T20 format for a DLS result to be valid. If fewer overs are completed and no official result is declared, bets are voided. Specific rules for individual markets are outlined within the relevant market on the Six6 platform.

In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are provided as quickly as data is received from official match feeds. Six6 takes all reasonable steps to ensure live odds are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. Six6 reserves the right to void in-play bets that were placed based on materially incorrect odds due to data feed errors. Cash Out requests made during live betting are processed at the value displayed at the time of the request — once a Cash Out is confirmed, it is final.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Six6 may use widely recognised statistical data providers for settlement. In the event of a dispute about a result, Six6 will conduct an internal review and apply the result declared by the official governing body of the competition in question.

Live Casino & Slots Rules

Game Integrity

All Six6 casino games — including live dealer tables and RNG slots — are sourced from certified game providers. Random Number Generators used in all RNG games are independently tested and certified. Live dealer dealing procedures are audited by the studios providing the games. Six6 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence individual game results.

Technical Failures

In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a live casino game or slot session, Six6 follows each game provider's published disconnection policy. For most live dealer games, if a disconnection occurs before a round is completed, the round will be resolved based on the game state at the time of disconnection. Six6 is not liable for losses resulting from your own internet connection failing during a game. If a game software error causes an incorrect payout — either too high or too low — Six6 reserves the right to correct the balance accordingly.

Andar Bahar Specific Rules

Andar Bahar at Six6 follows standard dealing rules: one Joker card face-up, alternating deals to Andar and Bahar until the matching rank appears. The side dealt first is determined by the Joker card's suit colour. All side bets are settled independently of the main result. If a live Andar Bahar round is disrupted and cannot be completed, bets are voided and stakes returned. Full dealing rules are available in the Andar Bahar game interface.

Bonuses & Promotions

General Bonus Policy

Six6 offers bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, cashback, reload bonuses, and VIP-tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotional offer, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal can be processed. The standard wagering requirement at Six6 is 10x the bonus amount on cricket and sports betting markets, or 25x on casino games. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 10,000 in qualifying cricket bets before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering progress is visible in your account dashboard at all times.

Qualifying Bets for Wagering

Not all bets contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Single cricket bets at odds of 1.80 or higher count at 100% toward the requirement. Accumulator legs count at 100% when each selection is at 1.50 or above. Casino slots contribute at 100%. Live casino table games including Andar Bahar, baccarat, and blackjack contribute at 10%. Esports bets contribute at 50%. Void bets, cashed-out bets, and bets placed using the Cash Out feature do not count toward wagering requirements.

Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise, all Six6 bonuses expire 30 days after they are credited. If wagering requirements are not completed within this window, the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically. Extensions are not granted except in exceptional circumstances at Six6's discretion.

Abuse and Exploitation

Six6 takes bonus integrity seriously. Betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms — such as placing opposing bets to guarantee a wagering outcome, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk staking designed solely to clear wagering requirements — are considered bonus abuse. Six6 may withhold bonuses, cancel winnings, or close accounts where abuse is detected. Determination of what constitutes abuse is at Six6's sole discretion.

VIP Club Terms

The Six6 VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Elite, and Legend. All new members are enrolled at Bronze tier upon registration. Tier progression is based on accumulated loyalty points earned from qualifying bets and gameplay. Points are calculated as a percentage of net stakes placed on eligible products. Six6 reserves the right to modify point earning rates, tier thresholds, and benefits at any time with reasonable prior notice to affected members.

Cashback

Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses over the preceding calendar week and credited every Monday morning. Cashback rates increase with VIP tier from 5% at Bronze to 20% at Legend. VIP cashback carries no wagering requirements and is real money credited to your Six6 wallet. The maximum cashback payment per week is capped per tier as published on the Six6 VIP Club page.

Tier Maintenance

Tier status is maintained based on activity over a rolling three-month period. If qualifying activity falls below the minimum threshold for your current tier, Six6 may adjust your tier downward at the next review. Members receive advance notice of any tier downgrade. Elite and Legend tiers are reviewed monthly rather than quarterly.

VIP Exclusions

Members who are subject to account restrictions, active self-exclusion, or ongoing KYC review may not receive VIP benefits during the period of restriction. VIP benefits cannot be transferred between accounts or to another member. Points do not have a cash value and cannot be redeemed directly — they only contribute to tier progression and the benefits associated with each tier.

Responsible Gaming

Six6 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The following tools are available to all Six6 members at no cost and without any negative impact on your account standing. Using these tools is never penalised and never affects your VIP status or bonus eligibility.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take 72 hours to apply.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration. A visible timer counts down during your session and the platform will prompt you to take a break when your limit is reached.
• Reality Check Reminders: Receive periodic notifications during live casino sessions showing your session length and net position.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is inaccessible, marketing is suppressed, and any pending bonuses are cancelled. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period expires.
• Account Closure: Request permanent account closure at any time by contacting Six6 support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours.

Security, Fraud & Anti-Money Laundering

Six6 operates strict anti-fraud and anti-money laundering (AML) controls. All accounts and transactions are monitored for patterns that may indicate fraud, match fixing, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited activities. Where suspicious activity is detected, Six6 may suspend the account, withhold funds, request enhanced documentation, and report the activity to relevant authorities.

Prohibited Activities

• Using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods to deposit.
• Placing bets on events where you have insider information or influence over the outcome.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Six6 platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using VPN, proxy servers, or similar tools to circumvent geo-restrictions or account restrictions.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or matched betting designed to exploit Six6's markets and bonus system simultaneously.
• Creating accounts for the purpose of facilitating another person's excluded or restricted access to Six6.

All deposits at Six6 are screened against fraud databases. Chargebacks initiated fraudulently — where a member uses a payment dispute mechanism after receiving genuine winnings or after betting activity has taken place — will result in immediate account closure and may be referred to relevant authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

Six6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or AML concerns, failure to complete KYC verification, receipt of a chargeback, or behaviour that Six6 considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or the experience of other members.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, Six6 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where funds are determined to be legitimately owned by the member with no associated breach, they will be returned after the investigation concludes. Six6 will notify the member of the outcome of any investigation via the contact details on their account.

Members who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting Six6 support. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Real-money wallet balances will be returned to the payment method on file following standard KYC checks.

Limitation of Liability

Six6 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While Six6 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability and accurate operation, it does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside Six6's control may cause temporary unavailability. Six6 will not be liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability, provided that affected bets are voided and stakes returned in such circumstances.

Six6 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses from betting decisions, losses from technical failures outside Six6's infrastructure, or losses resulting from your own failure to secure your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms limits Six6's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Amendments to These Terms

Six6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, Six6 will provide reasonable notice to registered members via the contact details on their account or through a notice displayed on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

Continued use of the Six6 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms come into effect.
